Environmental Testing Page

Every year in the United States, microbiological contamination of water is responsible for a high rate of gastrointestinal illnesses. Most of these outbreaks are a consequence of sewage contamination. Sewage and wastewater come from a variety of different sources, including raw sewage overflows, severe flooding and leaking sewer lines or septic tanks. Contact/exposure to sewage increases the risk of gastrointestinal illnesses and other medical tribulations. If you suspect the water source is from a leaking sewer line, or if you want to determine the amount of contamination from a backed up toilet, drain or water source, then testing for sewage contamination may be helpful.
