ASAP is a national restoration company with corporate offices located in Arizona.   We specialize in Fire/Smoke Damage, Water Damage, Restoration, Mold Remediation, Sewage Extraction, and Flood Cleanup.  We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  We focus 100% on customer satisfaction, with a LIVE, HIGHLY TRAINED, CERTIFIED IICRC TECH answering every call (never an answering service or a third party representative). Our main goal is to mitigate the loss in a timely manner, with a response time of less than 45 minutes.  We also specialize in pack-out's / pack-in's, including contents restoration and have a large, secured, 24 hour monitored storage facility to safely store your belongings.  

 

ASAP is capable of handling any size job, whether commercial or residential.  Our professional certified technician’s goal is to minimize the damage by prompt response time, minimal demolition and proper equipment monitoring.  Our modern techniques, in addition to state of the art equipment, makes it possible to restore damaged carpets, contents and structural materials to pre-loss appearance or better.  We treat your property like it's our own.

 

ASAP has the highest quality of standards in the restoration industry.  We come equipped the first time with the proper restoration tools to handle any type of loss.  We use high tech, calibrated, moisture detection equipment to evaluate/document the psychometric conditions inside and outside the building, including the moisture content of materials in affected and unaffected areas.  We will photograph, evaluate and document the source of the claim, including the water intrusion, visible deterioration, pre-existing damage and visible microbial growth.   

 

ASAP is licensed, bonded and insured with liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 and meets all the requirements to work with insurance companies, contractors, adjusters, and management companies.  All ASAP employees are insured with workers compensation.  Our professional management team will help guide you through the complete claims process.  If your Fire/Smoke Damage, Water Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation, Sewage Extraction, and Flood Cleanup is not covered by insurance, we offer extremely competitive prices to minimize your costs.
